If you want a straightforward closure – the “just close my account, no questions asked” option – and you’d like the chance to reopen it in the future, simply contact our Customer Support team and they’ll take care of it.
But before you take the final bow, here are some player tools that might help:
Time Out – Take a short break from ITV Win. Choose 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, or 6 weeks. Your account will reopen automatically once the time’s up, but not before.
Self-Exclusion – Need a longer break? Choose 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years. Once set, it can’t be lifted early, but you can return when the period ends.
