Your KYC Checklist
To complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we’ll need at least one of the following:
Proof of Identity
We recommend sending a driving licence (full or provisional) or passport to confirm your identity and date of birth.
Make sure it’s:
- Valid and in date
- Undamaged and signed (where required)
- Clearly visible in the image – no blurry shots or cropped corners!
Proof of Address
To verify where you live, we accept:
- Bank statements
- Utility bills (less than 3 months old)
- Council tax bills (issued in the current tax year)
In some cases, we may ask for additional or alternative documents to meet our verification requirements – but we’ll always let you know exactly what’s needed.
