Our Payments Team works hard to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. During busy periods, it might take a little longer, but most withdrawals are processed within a matter of hours.
Once processed:
Funds usually land in your bank account within a few hours, but this depends on your bank’s processing times.
The vast majority of withdrawals arrive within 2–3 business days at the latest for card or bank transfer withdrawals.
If it’s taking longer:
If your withdrawal hasn’t arrived after five working days, send us a message and we’ll raise this with our Payments Team.
Important:
We can’t investigate a withdrawal before the end of the fifth working day post-withdrawal.
